28th May Matters
1) Gentle reminder for pupils to bring the following by tmr:
a) Gym Payment - 9 girls
b) Composition File - Some girls have forgotten to bring and they are holding on to the composition worksheets. They are to do all corrections and bring files back tmr
2) A letter on the avian flu has been given out
3) Pupils are to hand in their portfolios with the PT card signed by tmr if they have not do so
4) Pupils are to bring their spelling books by tmr if they have not done so
5) Math 1A workbooks are to be handed in by tmr if they have not done so by tmr
6) My Personal 'Goals Action Plan'- Pupils have started doing their personal targets and goals. They are to either draw/write their goals. Parents are to write words of encouragement on page 4 and hand in tmr.
7) Term 3's English Spelling List has been given to girls. Parents are to acknowledge and spelling list is to be pasted in their Spelling jotter book.

26th May Matters
1) English spelling will be on Thursday, 29th May as Friday is Olympics' Day
2) Pupils are to bring their clear plastic file(Blue-they have purchased it at the beginning of the year) for filing in of EL composition worksheets
3) Pupils are to take their temperature and record it in mconline for tmr's Elearn. Thermometers have been returned to them. They are to bring the thermometers back on Wed. Gentle reminder for parents to also do travel declaration if they have not done so.
4) Pupils are to bring their Math 1A workbook and EL/Math files back as there will be book checking by the school
5) P1 PE Gym Programme Letter: Pupils are to make payment of $40.If they are paying by edusave, they are to submit both the edusave form and payment slip(both stapled).
6) 'Values In Action' Booklet- As part of the school's efforts in promoting manners & values among the pupils, they will have this booklet to help them during the June holidays to affirm/praise them when they use the 'special words' mentioned in the booklet. Parents are to monitor the pupils' mannerism throughout the 4 weeks of the June holidays. They are to colour/shade a 'heart' for that particular day in the week if a particular greeting/word/phrase is mentioned.
